WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We gladly will accept any and all returns if the original packaging has not been opened or tampered with. If you receive an order and decide for any reason you do not want to keep the order please email cs@scientella.com and you will receive a return order number. You are responsible to pay for the shipping to return the item(s) however, if you email us the receipt of cost we will credit your account for furture purchases that amount.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic guaranteed shipping dates cannot be provided. However, typically we have seen orders are shipped within 7-10 Business Days with some earlier and some a few days later. If your shipment will take longer than 21 days we will notify you to accept or to reject the late delivery. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do ship globally. However, cost and dates of delivery will vary from country to country. 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Scientella Health accepts checks, money orders, cashier checks, wired funds, western union, money gram, and all major credit/debit cards.

HOW DO YOU SAVE MY DATA?

Your personal information will never be sold. However, your information will be shared within our own corporate conglomerate list of companies to provide you deals that you will not be able to be offered in the general public marketplace. We use a Third Party Payment Processor and Do Not Retain any payment information and at the time of the transaction all financial information encrypted.
